I updated my address twice. Infact the third time was when they asked for my passport and other docs. However my address has not changed in ecas. If they replied and acknowlege your mail, you sould not worry. You have done your part

Go to ECAS and follow the instructions there on how to update your address

Please, how are processing times counted? Example: if my application was received on March 1st 2017 and today is March 1st 2018. Does that make 12months or 13months of processing ?

Can someone be kind enough to send me or paste his/her copy of PPR email? Of course do remove all the sensitive info. I just want to do an analysis with the format to check if it is conventional or different per visa office.. thanks

That is not an issue. First, an ID card is not a cumpolsary document, but your passport and birthcertificate are. I was in the same situation like you. I sent my federal application when my ID was to expire in 2 months. When i got a new one i updated my VO and they acknowleged the reception...

On.my GCMS notes, the lock in date is the date my CSQ was issued and not the date my PR application was received at CIC ( as its suppose to be ,refering from thier website). Is this the same with everyone?
