Hi, Trying to apply for eVisa to India, but in my sons passport there is no Given name (Canada PP). Its only Last name. But in eVisa applicaiton its mandatory to put Given name. Any idea? TIA

@desmat My question was regarding the travel to India on eVisa without cancelling/surrendering the Indian passport. I know that we can surrender passport in India and get surrender certificate. But wanted to know will I be able to travel on eVisa holding a Valid Indian Passport.

@Calgary222 Finally got the certificate. Heading the Passport office in the morning. Next challenge is surrender of India PP and obtaining Visa. Not sure what is going to happen there! Phew

Under 14 is not mandatory to attend, but better to attend, they will cherish this moment.. But you should enter the seat number in zoom link. The clerk will identify you with those numbers.

Out of two I got one certificate couple of hours back. I downloaded the new version of reader, it does not work. The save option, generates any barcodes? If not, then I can print directly from computer.

Hello, I'm using Adobre Acrobat reader for Passport Applicaiton, but it does not save the form, tried edge and others too. But they wont save the form or print it. Any idea?

I did sent Oath form twice, both times I received the auto-reply. Just now I sent from another email address and received no ack. used web form and submitted as you suggested. This is too tiring. Frustrating part is you are not able to find if they have received the forms or missed it! Thanks...

@Calgary222 I spoke to IRCC, they said they don't see certificate in my file. They say it depends on officer to update the file with Oath certificate. No way to contact the officer.

Hello @Calgary222, I have done every thing, webform, multiple emails, multiple calls to IRCC call centres, Call to my MPP and Local MP, Nothing moved. Any idea where did you see in the forum about "getting it from service canada". Its more than 20 days now and my wait continues!
