    ECA from University of Toronto (CES)

    WES should be the only evaluator, as the other institutions give fale equivalencies which causes artificial increase in the CRA score. I have evaluated my both degrees by WES and got what I expected although it was a bit late. I hope IRCC soon announces that only WES reports will be accepted.

    Is there any possibility of a country quota to be applied to Express Entry? More than half of the ITAs issued in 2018 was for just two countries. USA does have similar quota strategy but I am not sure how.

    Feeling hopeless at 459. Any suggestion other than IELTS for me? I got my wES report on October 15th, was 464 waiting for ITA on October 16, but they skipped the draw resulting in higher points in later Draw and I lost 5 points due to my age. Any idea what to do?

    WES has stopped giving Master equivalencies for some MBA degrees from India and IQAS (which used to give higher equivalencies than WES does) stopped accepting applications for few months due to their backlog which made me think tjat it will affect the scores eventually. Correct me if I am wrong

    One question. I submitted my profile in August and I am now at 459 planning to retake ielts to jump to 468. If I Do so, will my profile be the August profile or the date it is updated with new info? Thanks
