my mum completed biometrics aug 16 and it shows up on the GC Key as bio enrollment but as you scroll down it says fingerprints not received. What does this mean and based on 47 days this application is passed due for her.

When you say IRCC - did your mother apply through GC Key or new IRCC portal?

can we attach same old documents on new portal after withdrawing old application ? Or does everything need to be fresh?

Wow I thought it was 5 months processing time for proof?

At least you got AOR I submitted Feb 1, 2021 and now its going to be Oct 2021 due to Afghan crisis I cannot even investigate where the application has reached for processing.
