Dear Members: Please comments: If we should have two class actions (sub-classes) 1. Applicants want to proceed with the cases for immigration. 2. Applicants do not wish now to proceed with their cases but want to sue/compensation with the CIC over their loss of money and time etc.

I fully agree that CIC is no more trustworthy but again our cases will be process by them (the court will rule only on to proceed or not may be on priority basis) and all of us knows CIC has other reasons to get rid of us. As they really deal us backlogger and outdated as per the current demand.

Thank you. I think that from forum, website, case numbers, caips are also good instruments for getting an update of these kind of general litigation especially when your pocket speak that "some thing is better than nothing"
