I just received eCOPR. VLU timelines for me: Portal Email: Nov 18th late evening, replied same day Credentials Email: Nov 22nd morning, uploaded photos and address immediately eCOPR: Nov 24th I guess VLU is trying to speed up things and even working late hours now :)

I suggest reply to that email with all the information again in the morning around 8-8:30am Eastern time and see if that helps :)

Do we know how much time VLU is taking nowadays for sending eCOPR after everything is updated in the portal? I got portal credentials on 22nd Nov morning and updated all the details for myself and dependents right away on 22nd morning itself but have not received eCOPR yet.

Well, if they dont have your biometrics, they should have provided a letter in the message section for you to go and get biometrics done. Without that letter, I am not sure how you can go and give your biometrics?

I resent them the email with all the information again this morning, not sure if that worked because I received the credentials email 30 minutes later. So, you can try to resend too and see if that helps.

Hey buddy, I got the portal credentials in my email this morning. Logged in, all my dependents show up in the portal correctly. I have uploaded photos and submitted address, etc. now for all of us.
