thx for this, really helpful; but something has happened to me that I have never seen before for anyone, on the tracker my BGC has been completed on Jan 31 but changed to "in progress" on Feb 3!!! have you ever seen or heard something like this?!

CEC - Inland Aor Oct 17th Med passed - Aug 11th BIO - completed (didn't need one) had a bunch of GU, don't know how many I looked up the new tracker status of IRCC, at Jan 31, 2023, my background check was completed, but then again on Feb 2nd, it went back to in progress !! does anyone knows...

I have a question regarding job offer, how does it work? Can i get it from my current employer? ( I work in noc B) are they gonna give me a new one or is it gonna be the old job offer?! I just don’t understand how it works!!!! Is there any link? On PNP website it just says it should be full time...
