Today I finally received a letter and passport with stamp in it. But CoPR document is different from what is receved for outland applicant ? I am confused - letter is just PR visa instruction saying to call IRCC or exit through land or air, but question is where is CoPR ? is it the visa sticker...

Yes it was long wait and even after contacting CIC, they always asked me to wait for 10 months. There was updated photo request. I got approval after Medical Test was passed. so you can say in end of April 2018. The application had no other issue and they never requested any additional document...
