Sept 20 , still security not started , called yesterday ... doing background verification from feb 27, almost 3 month not a single moment on my file . Sep 20 , 2016 inland applicant , why CIC Stopped issuing PPR ? Haven’t seen any movement in file form long ago . Hope to see ppr by June 1st week .

Same here my security is still not initiated . My Mp told me to wait for 3 months and if you didn’t hear anything back we will again ask them to initiate your security check. But they haven’t asked me anything from last 15 months. I don’t know what are they actually doing with my file for 20...

Lot of ppl from sept already got their ppr , I am still waiting .

I have already asked MP, after doing follow-up , he said to wait for another three months and come back again if you didn’t get Pr within 3 months. Don’t know what’s the reason my security is not initiated yet .
