My file was transferred for add. Verification too to Ottawa and it took 4 month for me to get my app approved .

Nope. But there was ghost update yesterday.

Not a single change, but there was a update message . I called them yesterday, and they told me your app is approved and later today I saw ecas with decision made and I was informed that I will get ppr email within this week, but haven’t heard back yet

Yup . You are true . Even one of my friend called cic few weeks ago and agent told him that security is not started and your app will be delayed, he got his ppr same evening .
