Yes pay the RPR fee, I think there is an option to pay until requested, but I was advised to pay it right at the beginning of my application, so they don't have to request it later, it makes this faster, I think. And, it does not make any difference if you a Permanent resident.. always have to...

I did not receive it until I phone CIC, they told me they may forgot to send the letter, they sent it the same day... I think they keep working in your file, but you should phone them to get the AOR2

So December is getting PPR now. Nobody from Jan 2016 yet.. :(???
