If Your kids is on same application with one of you as Minor then it will stays in progress and only movement you will see is when there is Oath in Progress so everything will be in Progress except Citizenship Test

I would say call to IRCC and tell your situation, Send Case specific inquiry and also order notes to see whats going on. I dont think you will be able to get response by replying to test email because most of emails are non monitored one. Good Luck Buddy!

Yes everything was completed except the Oath Ceremony and on ECAS it was showing Decision Made. So whatever they told me was the same that what I already knew

IRCC Support guys have very limited information. They can see what we can see. I inquired about my Application and Oath and they said your application is approved and waiting for Oath Ceremony but when this is going to happen we dont know. Its your local office jurisdiction
