How do you know if there's a "ghost update"? Is it an email? I have not received any email. My profile says Latest update: Review of medical results - October 17, 2022:You passed the medical exam. Does that mean I have zero ghost update since Medical pass?

according to the tracker, AOR on Sept 2 has received portal email!! My AOR is also Sept 2!!! Where is mine? :'( BTW, What are the key options that you select when calling IRCC?
