hi! we have same visa office. My MR mention their address as EFL. I sent my additional docs and copy of RPRF payment. Done my medical last 18 April 2016. Dubai london clinic inform me that they uploaded the result 20 April. waiting for the ECAS status update.

I suggest pay the processing fee online. i used mastercard debit card. i print the receipt copy and send them along with the other CIC package forms. yes you need to pay for principal applicant and dependent.

don't worry... UCI/AOR takes 1.5 months... received my CIC application package Feb 4,2016 by Mike and received my UCI/AOR March 18,2016.

YES... line 4 will be added stating that they submitted you correspondence on this date and you need to submit whatever docs they required before 30 days from the date you receive the correspondence.
