I think there is something else to this case, may be gap in studies, if there, are not awarded points, or may be the level of education , if doesnt match their standards as set out, usually is not the case, then also it may be rejected, other wise its really shocking to hear a case rejected just...

they can verify spouse details by calling him/her, infact they can verify any information that is not clear, doubtful or incomplete.

U can call the British Council Mumbai no and inquire, they will send a form to be filled, basically asking for a reason for the additiona TRF and a dd in their favour amting to approx Rs 6000/-, they will send...

IELTS scores confirmation is the first thing that CIC does after it recieves our full docs, so once they are verified only, no need to worry even if its validity expires, moreover for the post June applicants, the validity for the same has been increased to 2 years.

Hi Khanak, Marriage Certificate only is enough as a proof, may be a marriage pic along with that should have helped, but relax, its perfectly fine, if ND VO have doubts he shall ring u both and confirm the same, it is not an issue that has material impact on ur case.
