I received this letter today is that a good sign? A refund in the amount of $85 has been initiated. If you paid by credit card, it will be credited back to your credit card account. Otherwise, a cheque will be mailed to you at the address indicated above in approximately six weeks to eight weeks.

Of course it’s just a number but i’ll call them when it gives 100% maybe they can do anything and i’ll ask them to put a note for the officer to look at my file

I called ircc many times and they told they can’t do anything before 28 months of processing
