    People who are active are the ones between 440 and 455. All others are either carefree (455+) or not very hopeful (<440) in the short-term.

    Yes, you can if you score heavily on all other aspects of your application, to an extent that you don't need education points. This is impossible though because education controls around 160 points out of 600.

    All of us here can only predict the range for next 3-4 draws. Post that, it really depends on future inflow of candidates which is unpredictable. I would say... stay positive and in parallel, try to improve score if possible. 438 may or may not get hit.
