Background: eCoPR Apr 16, sent my photos by mail. Had an error in the printing back in September, but unlike for most people here, they didn't reprint it for me. I've called and emailed IRCC multiple times, contacted MP etc - pointless.

they replied the next day after my inquiry and told me the same info as the call center agent. I asked if they can help expedite the process and they said no.
I still think it's worth a try. Your MP might be more helpful than mine, you never know.
Hey! What email did you write to? I had an error in production too, but they haven't touched my case since then (error occurred on Sep 13, 2021). They keep ignoring my emails about it
Sorry to hear about your illness! If you haven't done this already try to attach as many documents that prove your illness as possible. And yes, I would keep emailing + sending web forms.
