    Hi I already have a UCI since I am a pre June applicant, with a pending medical status. In the Generic Application Form, it asks for the UCI in my personal details as well of my dependants. Should I fill in the the same UCI in the form for me and of my dependants? I am just confused.

    Adding newborn into FSW application

    same boat but different situations. I think adding the newborn does not make any unnecessary delay. You need to inform the VO and send them the updated required forms. and you will get all medical forms.
