Hello Ashwin, Nothing is predictable, I believe that just wait and get the LoA in hand and move forward with CIC.

there could be possibility of sponsored being interviewed while yr status is showing pending bcoz sometime file is reviewed but status is not updated. However usually you should expect sponsor interview once status is "in process"

i believe this stream is discontinued. Please check with MPNP.
