One thing I learnt is that IRCC don’t prioritise appeal allowed applications.

Me too last ghost update was July 28th.

Some of us got lucky got their visa within 2 months of after hearing. But a few got stuck here include me who had hearing Last Oct 2021, app still pending…What I assume is that appeal applications are sent back in the queue and then IRCC cherry pick some to claim we prioritised appeal app.

some of us took less than 8 months include decision from Board member if VO send blue book within 120 days.

Lucky you, I also had hearing Oct2021 I didn’t receive email about location of app. I only receive medical request from local Vo so I guess you’re already received Medical and Pcc Schedule A

According Gckey and call centre the docs (Pcc, schedule and family information include affidavit of missing one PCC) I sent Jun 2 IRCC have not upload yet online. Do you think they have lost? Or they also behind to upload docs now? I’m freaking and disgusted with IRCC it’s 38 months of dealing...

some people get their ppr within weeks other like me still waiting over 2 months.

Why waiting Pcc? Do you mean they haven’t updated that you provided PCC(Police Clearance Certificate)

Thank you friend. Is there any reason you think is causing the delay for your app? Mine We was suppose to get pcc from Kenya but couldn’t get I believe that causing delay because the my couple friends I know who get same date request for documents/medical, They got their visas on a month ago...

Online/ upload is better and fast but if you read the again the instruction it shows to submit

Not in that website (ecas) but new portal or GcKey will show if updated. The important thing is keep an eye if Decision is made in ecas.
