At last you got something moving! Dead silence after AOR for me.

I am in a similar (ever worst) boat. I haven't gotten any update after AOR. Submitted the first week of June as well.

I guess it is. The Canadian job market is kind of slow at the moment, and working in the US seems to be much more attractive in terms of professional opportunities.

Do you get an email every time there is a change in the tracker? Or do you need to be checking it regularly?

I know this won't really change anything, but I just need to vent. It's incredibly frustrating to see how painfully slow this process is and how things seem to be handled in this seemingly "random" way, where some people who apply after others somehow get processed ahead of the rest. They send you another email (in my case it was 4 days after AOR) with the instructions to login into the tracker. Until that, you are not able to login into the tracker.

What does "In Process ecas" mean on the spreadsheet? I got the AOR and I have access to the tracker where I can see the different steps (Background, fingerprints, etc.) status, but I cannot see anywhere something related to "ecas".

How long after receiving the AOR you are able to login into the application tracker?
