Yes the portal is for landing you in Canada without entering at a border or in person interview. Did you send an email to your VO notifying them that you are in Canada?- mandy24

You are correct - Beijing helped but Mexico is the one communicating with me (Mexico is my VO) Beijing confirmed in an email to me that they are assisting a lot of other VO's however we have to contact our main VO- mandy24
