What about getting the same request after a DM? we already sent the scanned passport copies, but does it matter? Should we call them and ask about it now or a few days from now?

Some of us may get called for an in person interview as well, for most applicants, it is just Test, You can ignore the interview part in spreadsheet unless they ask you to come for one.

Hello Krunal, we also received the request for passport colored pictures /scanned copies, but for us, it is DM. It appears that the email is a technical glitch. But one needs to be sure.

Can the CIC ask for Passport Copies after Decision Made? I mean they can ask for anything at any stage of the application processing, but once you have completed the physical presence and all else, it isn’t really expected. But yes, we got that this morning for the wife. So take scanned copies...

Hello Cindy, there is another round of excruciating wait after the Decision Made status, It might be sooner but on average expect about 50 days (regular and not working) to the Oath Date (which is the actual next step unless surprises), It might take longer considering the Afghanistan Crisis...

For travel with in Canada, Yes, a legal piece of ID is enough.

If you have to travel, a passport is must. it might take a few months from here considering that the Afghan Immigration has become a priority for IRCC.

hey Caroline, The new tracker will show test completed in 3-5 days approx. The ECAS will only show that they have sent you the test invitation, and will continue to do so even weeks after (not sure if there is an exception), in my case it is almost 2 months since I appeared for test, 1st July...

In our case, we were two applicants, They asked for fingerprints for me (after which it takes roughly 27 days for them to move you to the next level) and also let me take the test in the meantime, I did the fingerprints on June 18. my wife simply got the test invite, I appeared on Canada Day...

The ECAS status is already set to Decision Made. Hopefully I will see the next communication soon.
