Some colleges only accept applications through an agent(eg: Georgian College). Plus going through an agent can waive off the application fees! Yes, we have to be careful when selecting the agent and get all the details of the college!

Ok, try to opt for a different course which is unique and no matching subjects in the diploma course. Have strong SOP, if you're writing your own SOP i would recommend hiring SOP writer or a good consultant.
