Claiming the 50 points for Job offer
It doesn't matter what is your WP expiry date. You need to show that you will have the Job OFFER for 1 year (doesn't mean the job). I am NOT an immigration attorney therefore I am not sure. However I have seen people getting 50 points if their emp. letter has some verbiage similar to below...- shayusuf247

I am inland CEC. #1- On page 150 of 244 pages #2 - I wrote that I am inland applicant with all my dependents inland (i.e., in Canada). Attached my Driving Lisc as proof. And requested to remove from COVID Pace. #3- no- shayusuf247

Mine was similar case. AOR Jan 28 2020. Case Approved on 9th Sep 2020. COPR received after 2 months, i.e., on 12 Nov 2020.
