The main problem they are not responding to any email at all. If you are lucky you will get one respond to your email in your journey. By the way they are the only office which is not responding to any emails. Cairo office , UK office, India office >> they all respond to emails Except Abu...

you can inform the NS officer that you will put her in your email with CIC office in (Bcc)) so that she can see your email and the prove of changing the destination. after that send the same email and auto reply confirmation to NS officer inshallah you will get the nomination letter
