The case specific inquiry online give two options only for PR cards 1st option For renewal and replacement 2nd option for request urgent renewal. And all of us here is not under renewal option Any advice.

I have a friend he did his landing 3 weeks ago and this Canadian address still not updated in e-case till now. He call the CIC call center and they confirm to him his Canadian address already updated in this file. But in online he is not able to see that till now. Any advice ?
