Hi, I already hold a study permit until 2017 but my VISA expired and after that I went to Australia to take a semester. Now I am planing to go back to Canada in SFU. What should be the process for getting VISA now ? Please explain. Thank you.

Not so much. Although compared to Canada, it is and getting PR here sounds too complicated to me. Not to mention. Australia is way expensive compared to Canada.
