Is it registered by the government? If no, then only nikah certificate won't work.

Non-essential travellers are not allowed currently. But you can apply for the TRV. Processing time is anyone's guess. Some are getting in days some are in weeks. If you are going to apply on non-essential grounds, your application would probably be put on hold for the time being.

Just keep in mind that when you apply again your old application will be withdrawn. What is the current status of your application? Is it in process? Eligibility review or background check?

It is really impossible to say. Some are getting results fast others have been waiting for months.

Sadly, there are no strict timelines. It could take a couple of days to a couple of months. It has been the case for most people here at least.
