Does anyone know what return ID we have to use to track the shipment? When I booked purolator for pick up documents, I have submitted mine and my husband's application in one cover. Though BLS rep helped me to create 2 transcation ID saying that 2nd one will allow delivery for my Husband's PCC...

This is really helpless situation. It is so annoying that before few weeks, they used to issue pcc in a day. And now with pandemic, which already giving us lot of issue, we have deal with pcc. We have to run to authority just to know how to deal with process. It is really unfair to all of us.

My verification was completed on 11 Jun 2020, then on 15 Jun, status as PSK has been updated as "CC needs to be collected from the Regional Passport Office. " I am not sure whether we have to take any step to inform consular or BLS or they will process it further.

Your 6 weeks timelines started when it is received to Consulate. so Calculate from May 26th on wards. I am having the same timelines and status so far.

I have same status since last 5 days. When can we expect to change the status? This is really frustrating

Hopefully I can recieve soon. This is very frustrating, especially you don't know where your application has got stucked and to whom we can contact...no tracking at all!! They hv mentioned consular but is it at India or Toronto???

You can call them and they will change it or on their website, you can raise IT ticket with all information and they will update it.

I am having the same timeline. and showing me Processing at consulate. No update from passport office or any verification.

I have reported to twitter handle @IndiainToronto and also emailed them. Did you received email from passport admin? what is your timeline?

This is very disappointing. COVID is already delaying the process then I dont understand the reason of adding fresh verification for PCC in India. And if BLS is only 3rd party agency then why they have taken 3 weeks to transfer the file to CGI!! Have already raised query on twitter and email...

Timeline: May 8: documents reached at BLS May 26: BLS tracking enabled, showing "processing at consulate" after that no status or no email.

Is there any way we can track application once it reached to consulate? I have received an update that application is at consulate on May 26 2020 but after that no update even in mail they have mentioned that it would take 3-4 business days.

Hi Hardeep, can you share your timelines? Specially when did you receive email for Police verififcation. I believe our timelines are mostly same: Purolator collected: 07 may 2020 BLS status enabled: 26 May 2020 Further no updates till now.

I did it too on twitter @indiainToronto. This is their official handle. I feel it is unfair to all applicants to extend the timeline and adding the rule only for Toronto consulate without any prior intimation. The rule should be implemented only after making it as publicly advertised so that...
