An interview is required before a final decision can be made. You will receive a letter detailing all the information about that interview: date, time, location..etc. Failing to attend to this interview will result to a refusal. You must bring a valid passport OR a travel document.

Generally speaking Pre-arrival means admissibility is completed and it is the main thing at this stage. So, without BG completed, it means nothing and NO ONE can predict the PPR deadline as long as the BG isn't completed.
