It could be a good sign for you since a lot 23, 24 applications were returned for incomplete. Yours could be, probably, in initial stage approval which is AOR.

Yes I saw people here explaining for AOR only principal applicant; but for the rest of the process all the applicant are contacted. But you can contact them to make sure everything is OK. It seems ONLY principal is contacted at the first stage. Yes you are correct.

I know at least 4 Haitians who received AOR without the haitian police certificate (DCPJ). It seems that is not needed at the first stage.
