You can just put a note in the application that medical +Bio are already done and still valid; then add a Proof of what you said. So that, your file file will go straight to the next step without asking for these. I think that you should let them know that bio+medical are already done even...

I'm waiting since early May 2021 after the medical, nothing else until now. Even docs requested, hasn't been updated in the system yet. Around 13 months later, though. Good luck.

Mine still in the starting point. No news after the medical passed in May 2021, but still not updated in the system. I am really tired with this process. They require documents and they should be sent in 30 days. You send them and do not look at them for months/ years. Will see.

Extending the medical is an exception, not the RULE and depends on the IRCC Agent or the memo. 12 months medical validity or passport validity if less than 12 months is the rule. Finally all answers above are OK.

If you receive the confirmation of PR, they always write the expiration date on it. Like Scylla said, it's always 12 months after the medical or at the passport expiration date if it's less than 12 months.
