I am in the same dilemma as well. I don't have access to the older address. So I am not sure if my application was returned or not. If I don't hear anything by October end, I am planning to resend my application again just as a back up. I don't see any other way around it. I know it will be...
I have similar situation. I sent a webform regarding my address change. It takes 5 business days if your application is in the system. If its not, then they don't care. Apparently even with new address, sometimes they can and will send applications to the old address if not received on time. I...
Congrats too all who received AOR so far!!! Hoping the rest of us get it soon as well. I see they are still at last week of March, if only they were working faster.
Yes that is true. From the looks of it, they are now doing end of March. Guess they will move to April without finishing March as they did for February and even January. There is nothing we can do but to play their waiting game.
Yes I agree with rafzy. I think it's completely random and based on pure luck as to if and when you receive AOR. There is not first come first serve concept.
Does anyone know if an application is returned, will it have the same tracking number and envelope when sent or will it be sent back through a new envelope and no tracking?
Yes, I am March 9 and still waiting but its at least good news that March is progressing, all though I agree, its chaotic and crazy work principle they are on. Jan and Feb are still receiving AOR, so all we need is some more patience. :)
Spoke with IRCC today. They advised that our wait time for AORs is normal due to COVID and that no need to worry, it will be processed when the right time comes. They are currently working on February applications apparently. So I guess people who have not received AORs yet, we just have to be...
Yea I am Mar 9, still waiting for AOR as well but from the looks of it, seems like its all about luck rather than first come first serve. You may get it now, a month from now, few months from now or never which is just sad.
