More Info - She lives on her home town from birth till now and that's her permanent address, PCC is from same police station (SPP, district level). She lived with me at my home town and another city for 3.5 months and 2 months in different districts. Now my question was do i need to get PCC...

You need 6 in all section. I advice retake test, all of my friends did the same. Some of them have 5.5 in reading and they retake the test and make it 6/6.5 and then they applied for express entry.
