In that case try early in the morning , at 7 EST.Automated system will say whatever but u ll get to the agent.I used to get hangup as well. I am in US and i call them every 2 weeks.

Gurpreet, this is not an issue.U r not following right steps.Use fongo app.I am on phone dnt have link but i posted detailed steps to call.Automated system is not working,u ll get ti the agent.I ll send u steps in a bit.Meanwhile install Fongo App for 5 dollars.

Yes, the bar has disappeared for me too. Seems like just random update or maybe they change it once certain time period from 6 mnths elapse. My AOR is 24th; not raising my hopes on this change though.

This does not mean antything, these are same random typical answer. To get better answer , just call them. Webforms sadly never give back detailed reply.

Not sure about this but u can contact there support, when i signed up from US, i did not face and issues like this.They also have website you can log into. Support /Customer service is ur best bet.

What about when we call them, they shud tell us review required ??

Do you know who told you about review required? Mine is eligibility in process everytime i call customer service. Wonder if i am missing full details but they did say they don't need anything. Did you call or u did notes to find out eligibility under review?
