I did, but they said that we are so busy at the moment, because everybody needs a passport now, so if it's urgent, they can transfer the file (but it's not guaranteed)

Hey guys, just checked IRCC website about processing times, it says: Due to high volumes, processing times are longer than usual. It may take up to 9 weeks, plus mailing time. So it's about 2.5 - 3 month to get your passport I would guess.

No, I actually sent them a website request about 3 weeks ago I guess, nobody replied. Did you call them? I was thinking to call them, but not sure if it will help and what I've seen, you have to wait about 1.5hr on the phone to reach them.

We have exactly the same timeline. But my cc was charged on the 27th :)
