I too got ghost update on 28 of May but no changes at all ..

Very confusing.. some saying that their eligibility is passed and some saying PPR issued after GU ..

Does ghost update indicates eligibility pass?

I too thought the same coz if something is wrong , they would have rejected your application or asked for explanations.. but you didn’t get anything like that .. that’s y asked for your background status to see if it is in progress stage ..

What’s your background status and ADR showing now?

What is your NOC Code? Did you get any update in your cic website after your AOR?

No ... I have not raised web form but planning to do this coming week . Background check comprises of criminality and security , am I right ? Or it also involves eligibility ? I’m confused ..

It is said that we have to submit web form only if our application exceeded normal processing time . So, can I raise it ? Its only three months over now

Nothing is changed in the background check . It is , ‘we are processing your background check. We ll send you a msg if we need more information for past two months ..
