I don't think online is a good option. I applied in January, nothing yet. They don't process any online applications anymore.

They already processed paper-based applications from 2021. Any idea what's happening, guys?

I think they will be transitioning to an online-based service. Hence, they will finish all the paper-based applications first. As you see on the tracker, all online applications haven't been opened yet, except for a few from December 2020 for testing. Online applicants will be delayed to early...
