Same. I got it after calling IRCC on Sep 5. Apparently, they also include that as an update on the tracker.

Agree! Eligibility turned in progress as soon as my medicals got updated last Aug 17, 2023. I bet they only update once a month. I am monitoring people of about the same date as my AOR hoping to estimate my eCOPR. I've read others in APR 2023 AOR are still waiting for their updates as well...

You are right, I guess CEC single applicants have the slowest updates on processing. It's strange considering that there's only one person that they have to review :D
