Hi guys! I need your help! My parents received PCC request and the email specifically highlighted PCC from their home country. Do they need PCC from Canada too or it should be separate request? They lived here on supervisa 2 years. And is it normal that we didn't receive RPRF yet? Thank you!

Eadikop, I suggest you call cic and tell them you never received SA letter. In my experience when I called them last November I was told I was approved but for some reason they started working on my letter but did not finish it. The agent said he'd follow up and I should get my letter shortly. I...

I was able to link my parents' application. Maybe someone will find that helpful. I used Application number & Family name, entered city & country of birth, passport info, place they intend to reside in Canada and 4 family members instead of 5. Looks like they did not count a child as a family...

About 2 months. But the thing is one of the agents told me that they started working on the SA letter and did not finish it. He said he would follow up on that and a few days later I got SA email. Maybe your situation is similar. They started and for whatever reason did not finish it...

I suggest that you contact cic call-centre, explain your situation and ask if you missed any communication from them. That's what I did when I submitted the requested printout C and was waiting for SA.

Just got an email, they are requesting 2011 Option C Print. Why are they asking it? I'm sure we submitted everything!

Permanent Status changed to In Process. And on my Sponsorship Application there is an update saying they sent me a letter on September, 23.

Yes! Only the date is April 23.
