Just an observation, for every month in the Google tracker there are ~90 applications whereas in April there are only 42 apps. I know that April is not yet over but still 42 won't go till 90...

I received a similar update but I got the email only for SA. however ECAS shows DM and says "We sent you correspondence on April 23, 2019 about the decision on your application" I think it is the email that they sent us earlier.. However, the CIC account is showing reviewing your eligibility...
