How did you submit your application? If you do by yourself then you should have access, it has to be submitted online. If someone submitted on behalf of you then he/she would have the access.

Everything was fine, I was told your case would be referred to IRB. Nothing was scheduled twice. Just recently they did background check again which is twice: February 6 and July 21st, 2023.

I'm thinking to go with file review process request. I'll have to submit evidence with file review application. But I heard they become very strict during hearing if they do not accept the file review request.
