1.No 2. Pr card expiration has nothing to do with your pr status. Even with an expire pr card you are still a pr and you still have a valid status. If your home country passport expires it does not mean that you are not a citizen of your country anymore, the same logic applies to your pr status.

I am very sure you will pass the minimum requirement to receive an AOR, As this missed information can be found later by IRCC when they will do more checks on you, this is just my guess. As you may notice in the link I sent you, someone was in a similar situation and received his AOR.
