There will be no problem if the Karachi address has been your permanent address (also on your ID card). I studied for 6 years in Lahore and only gave my Karachi address PCC. It went totally fine.

If the permanent address on your ID card hasn't changed for the 10 last years, or since you were 18, just get 1 PCC made based on that address. That should suffice.

I think IRCC treats 19 months from AOR.

might be worthwhile to send an email at the same address where you sent your signed oath and find out the status. I received the paper certificates in the mail in 1 week and the e-certificate in 24 hours.

I was told that if my travel was within 10 business days, they would do express pickup for me. I as ordering 4 passports so it would have cost me significantly. For 10 business day pickup it cost me 20 dollars per passport as express fee.

They do stamp both photos, which Its good. If you mess up one, you can use the other one. Service Canada don't care as long as you have the guarantor signature on one of them and photographer info as well
