Physician, CRS 450. Looking for a PNP.

Hi Naturgrl <3 Will do. I've got my credential assessed by the MCC, and IETLS is pretty good. I'm reluctant to fully complete my EE and get into the pool now since EE draws are yet to be resumed and we got pretty decent EEs in the > 470s range. When they resume EE draws and the backlog...

That's very helpful, Thanks. Unfortunately, I came to realize that PNP is extremely unlikely in regulated NOCs.

Physician, CRS 450. Looking for a PNP.

Hello, I'm a physician with an interest in digital health/health information systems. Therefore, I don't intend to practice or get licensed in Canada. I'm basically self-employed in this field and won't be looking for job offers until a couple of years of settling in Canada. My current FWS is...

Do professional degree and one-year diploma fall under "Two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees..etc"

I keep throwing different CRS scores when people ask me this based on certain calculations. But right now, I'm sitting on 453. You told me once that my options are limited because I'm non-practicing in a licensed field. I'll just wait till my contract here ends then pursue a Master's degree in...

I would have wasted a lot of time and money had you not been around to clarify this point. I appreciate it.

Do professional degree and one-year diploma fall under "Two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees..etc"

Hi, It says on the CRS breakdown score that the maximum point for education is 150 (PhD). My degree earns me 135 points (Professional/Master's). The reason I thought I could do a diploma is to get these 15 points. Am I missing something?

Do professional degree and one-year diploma fall under "Two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees..etc"

Hello, My professional degree gets me 135 points. I was thinking of doing a one-year diploma to earn an extra 90 points. But then I wondered if these two are going to be combined into one category "Two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees. One must be for a program of three or more years"...

Thanks! That makes sense. I'm planning to do a one-year MBA master's on LISB, just to boost up my CRS.

Please bear with me. Did you mean my residency will count as "work experience" rather than "education"?

ECA For Online Masters Degree (MSc)

Hi Mona. I've just seen this and may consider taking this Master's at LISB if something else doesn't work out. Would you let me know if you know someone who did this LSIB MBA online degree and got a WES masters? I just want to make sure doing this master's will count for points.

Do I get points for postgraduate medical residency training?

Hi Natugrl! <3. Hope you're well. Thanks for your reply. I've just noticed this on MCC official website: And residency is considered a specialty degree. I thought to myself, maybe WES does it. Then I found this note on their site: Am I missing anything? Have you come across someone how got...

Do I get points for postgraduate medical residency training?

Hello, I'm close to finishing my 4-year residency in community medicine(not in Canada). Can this be considered a professional degree alongside my M.D in Express entry? If someone finished medical training outside of Canada, please let me know if you got points for it.

Immigrating to Canada as a non-practicing doctor.

I'm sorry, thank you so much for helping me. I want your advice on ONIP Mater's graduate stream since they don't really have any specific requirements other than graduating from a list of universities despite the major, this made it highly competitive that people claim it closes 10 minutes after...

Immigrating to Canada as a non-practicing doctor.

Why are my options limited if I don't want to practice? Do you mean in terms of getting a job? I thought of studying in Canada but only two programs that do not require a job offer exist, Ontario and BC. Both are known to be flooded the moment they open, highly competitive.
