    Also ITA itself is not 100% guarantee, it is pretty much safe. As long as you are able to put down all supporting documents (and if nothing dramatic will change).

    The problem is that according to their last statement, they are not giving any ITA anymore on such session. Again I am guessing that maybe different officers in different events did evaluate potential candidates differently, so just maybe now they want to do the precheck in a centralised way.
