    1. You may be on leave but you are technically still employed so in my opinion, your employment status did not change. 2. Read the instructions and follow them accordingly because depending on the mode of application, online or paper, there are different instructions.

    Thank you. Some persons really dislike change. E-certificates is basically the fastest and actually secure way to get certificates to applicants without having to worry about lost in the mail. And once one can access it they can print out 100 copies for themselves
