Key point is test already updated as completed. No need to worry. Pretty sure the only thing they are looking for is if the ip address is in Canada and if you are cheating.

They are dealing with too many requests. It's a weird situation because the requests are coming in because of the long delays in processing applications. IRCC needs to step their game up.

Thank you. Some persons really dislike change. E-certificates is basically the fastest and actually secure way to get certificates to applicants without having to worry about lost in the mail. And once one can access it they can print out 100 copies for themselves

It's the office that sends you the test invite, you can tell by the email address

For in-person oath they get the certificate the same day.
