You have to wait for the AOR, there is no other way I guess.

I have the same issue. I think they updated the form during the last 2 weeks of march (includes the UCI now). The one I sent does not have this question (5 A.) Not sure if they will return the application for this.Every thing else looks the same.

Do you know when this was updated? I think the change is asking for UCI number. while the old one did not have this question. I sent the one without the OCI number application signed on 01 Apr 2018. :(

yes approx should be fine. Mention that also in your cover letter. Make sure you do not have any gaps.

You should mention all work places. if you don't remember the supervisor name then mention n/a. You can attach a cover letter and say that you have worked in places for couple of days and don't have the contact details. I am assuming your remember the work address?

I sent my PR card for proof of identity. That or health card or DL can be sent which has photo and your Date of Birth. For my minor child, since PR card was the only document (other than passport) with photo. I sent a copy of that as well.

Just to clarify. She did her masters in Science (with medium of instruction in English). Got a letter from the principal.

:) It took as 4 years to get our PR (back in 2014, we applied in 2010). So anything short of that is a blessing! :D:D
